8:15am drop-off – 12:30pm pick-up
Open to all age groups and skill levels, players will be grouped according to their ability
2 On-ice sessions
with emphasis on skills
AND
1 Off-ice session at FasTrac Hockey Facility
- State of the art skating treadmill
- Hockey specific plyometrics and strength training (“dryland”)
- Skating stride and Russian Box for explosiveness
- Skills training (shooting, passing, shot accuracy) using synthetic ice
Head Instructors: Rich Laganiere and Pierre Laganiere (former Broome Duster and coach of STHA and Junior teams for over 25 years)
First come-first serve, limited spots available
$50 per person*
