Thank you to all the coaches that have submitted their Letter of Intent and application for the position of Head Coach for one or more of the STHA's travel teams for the 2021-2022 season. (See the list below)

Per the STHA Travel Policy, a period of seven (7) days will now be provided to the STHA membership to submit feedback for any potential travel Head Coaches. This feedback will be compiled, kept anonymous, and used in the selection process.

At the conclusion of the feedback period, the Travel Coaches Selection Committee shall have no more than fourteen (14) days to complete the selection process which will include interviews of all candidates by a panel of Board members without any potential conflicts of interest within the age group.

Following completion of the process, selections will be presented to the Board of Directors, all applicants shall be notified of the selections, and the Head Coaching selections posted to the STHA website.

STHA member email feedback should be submitted no later than 12 PM ET on Tuesday March 23, 2021. Feedback for all coaching levels should be sent to STHA president Greg Laubisch (glaubisch@hotmail.com) and STHA Secretary Molly Morgan (molly.morgan@gmail.com) via email.
