ANNUAL MEETING OF THE STHA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A reminder that the Annual Meeting of the STHA Board of Directors will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 7pm at the Relief Pitcher in Binghamton, NY.
Elections will be held for the (6) open Board seats (four 3-year terms, and two 1-year terms), and there will be no open floor session at this meeting.
For purposes of voting, all Members in Good Standing may
cast one vote per family, with a Member in Good Standing defined as a member who has fulfilled all financial obligations to the STHA thirty (30) days prior to the Annual Meeting.
