All tryouts will be held at the Ice House Sports Complex, 614 River Road, Binghamton, NY 13901.
The STHA will follow the same tryout format as was instituted last season. There will be separate tryouts for each team (rather than one tryout for both the AA and A teams at the 10U, 12U and 14U levels). Coaches will have the option of making cuts following the 1st tryout. Within 24 hours of each tryout coaches will post a list of players that are invited back to the second tryout.
Players will be asked to register online for tryouts. The link will be posted when registration is open. The tryout fee is $25 per player, per team when paying online. Payment at the door will be $35 per team. If a player tries out for more than one team they must register and pay the tryout fee for each team they tryout for.
Please remember that a signed release is required for tryouts if a player did not play with the STHA last season. They cannot be let on the ice without it.
Please note that players who are selected to a travel team for the 2018-2019 season will be required to pay a $300 deposit against their 2018-2019 travel adder fee by 11:59pm on May 11th, 2018, to secure their spot on the team. An online invoice will be sent to each player selected for a travel team with instructions on how to pay the deposit online.
