The Southern Tier Hockey Association (STHA), in coordination with the 2023 Binghamton Pond Festival (link here) will be hosting a Try Hockey for Free Event on Saturday, January 28th.   The event will be from 4-5 PM on the outdoor rink at Chenango Valley State Park!  All you need to do is sign up and show up…the kids will be outfitted with a full set of hockey equipment to wear for the session and there is no cost.    Once they are ready to go, there will be on ice volunteers to oversee and help them on the ice in a spectacular outdoor hockey atmosphere in the middle of a youth hockey weekend at the Pond Fest!  Also, there will be other activities, food and drink available also for participants and friends/family!  If interested, please sign your child up on the Binghamton Pond Festival website and there will be an additional form to sign will be sent to your email address.
