Unless there is a State of Emergency in Broome County, and a travel ban is declared in the CIty of Binghamton, our rinks will be open, and all scheduled sessions held.

If we do have to cancel due to a State of Emergency in Broome County along with a travel ban being declared in Binghamton, we will post it on our website and Facebook page.

As of now I have confirmed the SBIC and the Ice House are plannnig on being open tonight, unless a complete travel ban in the City of Binghamton is also declared, or if they lose power. If the travel ban is declared in Binghamton, we will post it on our website and Facebook page.

That said, please use your discretion based on road conditions in your area, when deciding if to attend tonight's sessions, including Learn to Skate.
